Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at the following address of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, or via our electronic withdrawal function.

You can also use the “Withdraw from contract” form on our website. If you use this function, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal without delay on a durable medium, for example by email.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer. Reimbursement will be made without delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Sealed audio recordings
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for audio recordings supplied in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery. The statutory right remains while the seal is intact. Your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are unaffected.
