Shipping our CDs
We make, check and pack our CDs ourselves. Within Germany, 1–3 CDs are sent by Deutsche Post Maxibrief. For 4 or more CDs, we use a DHL parcel with tracking.

The shipping methods and costs available for your order are displayed before checkout is completed. Deliveries outside the EU may incur import charges and additional transit time.
Delivery times
Germany: approximately 2–4 working days. EU countries: approximately 4–10 working days. Rest of Europe and Switzerland: approximately 5–14 working days. For announced releases, the sales start date stated on the product page applies.
For both advance payment and payment on invoice, the delivery period starts after full payment is received. We dispatch the item only after receiving the full invoice amount, including shipping costs.
Payment
Advance payment by bank transfer and payment on invoice: the payment methods displayed in the checkout for your order are decisive.
Advance payment: payment information is provided with the order confirmation. We dispatch after receiving full payment.
Payment on invoice: transfer the full invoice amount, including shipping costs, by the deadline stated on the invoice. The item is dispatched only after full payment has been received. The invoice must be paid before dispatch.
All prices are final prices. Under the small-business exemption pursuant to section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), VAT is not charged or stated separately.
