1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the Abgefahren aber Okay online shop. A consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction predominantly for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.

3. Offers and conclusion of contract
Product listings in the online shop are not legally binding offers, but invitations to place an order. You may add products to your cart and check and correct your details before submitting the order. Clicking the button to place an order with an obligation to pay constitutes a binding offer to buy the products in your cart. Receipt of the order is confirmed electronically. The sales contract is concluded when we expressly confirm the order, send a payment request or dispatch the goods.

The contract language is German.
5. Prices and VAT
The prices displayed in the shop at the time of ordering apply. All prices are final prices. Under the small-business exemption pursuant to section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), VAT is not charged or stated separately. Shipping costs may be payable in addition to the price of the goods; these are shown before you complete your order.
6. Payment
We offer advance payment by bank transfer and payment on invoice. The payment methods actually displayed in the checkout for your order are decisive; methods not displayed are unavailable for that order. For advance payment, payment information is provided with the order confirmation and the goods are dispatched after full payment has been received. For payment on invoice, transfer the full invoice amount, including shipping costs, by the deadline stated on the invoice. We dispatch only after receiving full payment. The invoice must be paid before dispatch.
7. Delivery
We deliver within Germany and to the countries offered during checkout. The shipping information in our shop sets out the currently available delivery countries. The specific delivery time is stated for each product. For both advance payment and payment on invoice, processing and delivery times begin once the full invoice amount, including shipping costs, has been received.
8. Pre-orders
Products not yet available for immediate delivery are expressly labelled as pre-orders. The expected dispatch date is given in the product description. If available products and pre-order items are ordered together, they will generally be shipped together once all products are available, unless otherwise agreed.
9. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Abgefahren aber Okay until paid for in full.
10. CD production and characteristics
Our products are physical audio CD-Rs produced by us. We burn the music recordings onto suitable recordable CDs. The CDs are printed and supplied in a CD case with a designed and printed cover. The exact tracklist, number of tracks, versions and contents are stated in the relevant product description. Minor technical variations in colour, printing, positioning or packaging may occur and do not constitute a defect if normal use of the goods is not impaired.
11. Statutory warranty
Statutory rights concerning defects apply. If a delivery is damaged, faulty or does not match the order, please contact us promptly. Delayed contact does not restrict your statutory rights.
12. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the separate withdrawal information. For audio recordings supplied in sealed packaging, the right of withdrawal no longer applies if the seal is removed after delivery.
13. Transport damage
Please report visible transport damage to the carrier as soon as possible and inform us. Your statutory rights remain unaffected if you do not do so.
14. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection rules and our privacy policy.
15. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
16. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this applies only insofar as it does not limit mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of their habitual residence. If any provision of these terms is or becomes wholly or partly invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
